We accept Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and
Wire Transfers. We also accept checks or money orders drawn on any
U.S. bank. Please note that orders paid by personal check will
delay shipment of your order until your check has cleared. We do
not ship any orders C.O.D.


All Products Marked as Free Shipping are shipped Ground Shipping by most economical method

to the lower 48 States Only, all other destinations please call for best Shipping Quotes.


State Sales Tax

State sales tax must be collected on your order only if you are a
North Carolina Resident. The state sales tax is computed at 7% of
the cost of the merchandise. No sales tax will be charged if you
reside outside of the State of North Carolina.

International Customs Duties & Import Taxes

Any customs duties, brokerage fees and import taxes that are levied
by the shipper or importing country are the responsibility of the
customer.

Shipping

Unless specified, your order will be shipped via the most
economical carrier which is typically UPS Ground in the US and
Canada. The most cost-effective method for International Orders is
generally via USPS followed by DHL. Shipping costs will
be added to your order.


Damaged Products

If you receive packages damaged in shipment you must make a claim
with the shipping company. They will instruct you and us of how to handle the
problem. If the package was sent through the Post Office, contact
your local postmaster. Be sure to keep the damaged package as the
shipping company may want to examine it.

Warranty Information

We are not a warranty repair station, therefore, we cannot accept
returns due to defective material or workmanship caused by the
manufacturer. Please return all defective merchandise directly to
the manufacturer for repair or replacement. All warranty information
is packaged with products.
