Customer satisfaction is our number one goal. If our customers are
not completely satisfied with any product that is purchased from
Asconlinesales for whatever reason, the item may be
returned,
prepaid, within 30 days of purchase. You must contact us for a
RMA# , any item returned without a
RMA# will be refused and returned
to you. We will gladly replace, exchange, or credit the items. We
do insist that the item be returned in the same condition as received
with all of the original paperwork. All returned Items for credit
are subject to a 15% restocking fee, if it was our mistake there is
no restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless
it is our mistake.
No returns are accepted on used items, items that are not in original
condition, books, videos, software, or cut lengths of line,
rigging, hose, piping, fabrics, etc. Special order items are also
non-returnable.
RMA# must be clearly marked on outside of package for acceptance.

Email cancellations must contain the following: First
name, last name, order number, and email address.
This information must be identical to the information
originally submitted on your order. Please provide
contact information so that we may contact you if we
have questions in regards to canceling your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the
cancellation of your order, providing your order has
not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event
that a cancellation was submitted (via email or
phone), and your order was shipped out after, we will
gladly refund the complete balance charged including
shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented
as received after the order was shipped, we will
refund the merchandise total less shipping.
